Requirements to Participate in Athletics

Athletic Physical

All athletes prior to trying out or participating on a team must have a physical exam and complete a sports health questionnaire.

Extra Curricular Code of Conduct

Athletes and their parents must complete and sign an extra-curricular code of conduct.  This code specifies the requirements of all athletes in order to participate and includes the mandatory drug-testing program for student athletes.

All athletes must carry some type of health insurance in order to participate.  Health insurance plans are available at a minimal cost through the school.
